iForce releases its in-house delivery management system to the wider market

iForce has launched a commercial version of its in-house carriage management software.

Route Genie, which fulfillment specialist iForce has used to route parcels for clients including Waitrose, Paperchase, and Fortum and Mason over the last 10 years, is now available as software as a service package to customers across the retail sector.

Geoff Taylor, Route Genie managing director, said: “We have spent a great deal of time and money to take our base carriage management software, used by many of our existing clients to a new level of operational and customer service capability to produce a product that can be sold as SaaS to retailers who currently don’t use our logistics services.”
