We’re running a series of previews and interviews with speakers ahead of IRC 2019. Today we focus on the growth and new markets conference.
Senior retailers from Watchshop and Deckers are among the speakers in the growth and new markets conference at this year’s IRC 2019. They’ll be sharing their experience and expertise in selling into new international markets.
The afternoon conference starts at 2.10pm with a panel session, Driving growth in new global and local markets. Speakers include Robin Phillips, chief executive of Watchshop, David Williams, senior director DTC (ecommerce and retail) EMEA and Japan at Deckers Brands and Jonathan Simons, international business development director, UK and Europe, at Landmark Global.
Michelle Beeson, analyst, digital business strategy at Forrester, will then give a case study on the conference themes, at 2.50pm.
The stream culminates in an interactive challenge session, featuring Michelle Beeson of Forrester, and Robert Kulawik, chief operating officer of Everything5Pounds.com at 3.15pm. At 3.50pm the conference closes and moves into a networking break and the opportunity for one-to-one meetings.
The conference will be followed by the afternoon plenary session. Click here for an overview of the day’s plenary sessions.
