John Lewis Partnership has appointed former Hobbs boss Nicky Dulieu as a non-executive director, with immediate effect.
She will chair the Partnership’s audit and risk committee, succeeding Andy Martin, who is stepping down from the position after five years.
Dulieu has over 20 years of experience in the industry. She held the position of CEO of fashion retailer Hobbs from 2008 until 2014, having joined as the company’s financial director.

She has also held senior positions at M&S for over 23 years and currently serves as non-executive director of WHSmith, Unite Students and housing developer, Redrow.

The company also announced recruitment for a non-executive director to replace Nish Kankiwala is underway following his appointment to CEO in March 2023.
