New Look offers click and collect from local convenience stores

New Look has introduced a new click and collect option that enables customers to pick up their online orders from their local convenience stores.

The multichannel fashion retailer has teamed up with CollectPlus to offer the new service, free to customers who spend £45 or more online. The service augments an existing relationships that enables New Look customers to return their online purchases to CollectPlus network stores.

Lana Jackson, ecommerce senior operations manager at New Look , said: “New Look is always looking to improve our shopping experience and we believe our partnership with CollectPlus helps us do this. The Click&Collect+ service gives all of our customers more choice by allowing them to pick up deliveries from a convenient location at a time that suits their busy lifestyles.”

Currently the CollectPlus network includes 5,800 outlets, from convenience stores to petrol stations and shopping centres. New Look purchases will be delivered to CollectPlus stores within two to four days of the order.

“In an age of fast fashion, shoppers expect the items they buy online to be delivered with speed and convenience,” said Paul Scratchley, commercial director at CollectPlus .
