Adobe is once again seeking out the online trends that will drive the next twelve months in online retail, and would like you to take part in its Customer Experience in the New Decade survey.

Adobe Scene7 wants to know what rich media, social media, mobile and personalisation features and tactics you are using — and plan to use — to enhance your customer experience and drive conversions. Your response will be confidential, and by completing the survey you will automatically be registered to receive the results.

Last year’s survey results, compiled from nearly 500 responses, found that one-fifth of all global respondents had deployed blogs, RSS feeds, user ratings/rankings/comments and syndicated content on their sites, and those areas were set for growth this year. Specialised mobile offerings and site personalisation, though, were not high on the agenda last year. It will be interesting to see if and how these priorities have changed 12 months, one recession and one nascent mobile explosion later…
