Torex has launched a platform-independent, modular multi-channel system that integrates with a retailer’s existing in-store technology to provide promotions, communications and analysis.

With Torex Loyalty retailers are able to collect and store key information about customers and their shopping habits regardless of where they shop, be it in-store or on the web. Offers can be sent to customers using a text message or an email to their personal account. Retailers can also make use of SMS and Bluetooth technology to instantly alert customers to offers when they visit a store.

“In today’s trading environment it is crucial that retailers fully understand their customers’ needs, and are able to closely engage with them,” says Doug Hargrove, chief marketing officer at Torex.

“Torex Loyalty provides a clear insight into shopping habits and uses this information to predict demand so that retailers can proactively target customers with relevant offers. The system will help retailers drive profits by retaining more customers, increasing average customer spend whilst capturing a greater share of their market and reducing costs.”
