Ellis Brigham, a Top250 retailer in the IRUK 500, says sales have grown quickly since it started to trial personalisation technology.
The outdoor and wintersport clothing and equipment retailer started using Persomi omnichannel personalisation technology to give customers the most relevant view of their website, as well as informing email and SMS communications.
The solution was used on part of the website between April 1 and May 31, and saw a significant rise in sales in the part of the website where it was deployed.
