Today’s Internet Retailing newsletter comes at the end of a week in which John Lewis said click and collect had overtaken home delivery, Google opened its first shop (and it’s in London), and Internet Retailing Expo and eDelivery Expo announced the chance for visitors to the sister events to see drone delivery in action. It’s been a good week for ecommerce and multichannel retailing in the UK as traders play to their strengths and deliver attention-grabbing innovation.
Today we also have the latest on Boohoo.com and Asos, Morrisons, Argos and N Brown Group. Today’s guest comment is from Joel Reid of Mashery who considers how retailers can best keep up with the always on consumer.
