Amazon Spain customers will be able to return packages without any additional labels through a new partnership with a Spanish click and collect network.
The marketplace is working with the Celeritas click and collect network, which has over 2000 points across the country.
Customers simply go to the Return Centre on the Amazon website and select the products they wish to return. If it meets the requirements for a return without a label or parcel, they can select this option and will then receive a barcode through the Amazon.es app or via email.
They can then show this barcode at the Celeritas click and collect point and submit their package. Celeritas then collects different items together and sends them to the Amazon logistics hub.
Mariangela Marseglia, VP and general director of Amazon.es and Amazon.it, said: “We know that finding a box, sealing it and printing a label can be a nuisance to our customers.
