Subscription-based language learning platform Babbel is giving consumers the chance to learn 14 different languages with no time limit.
French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, and Turkish are amongst the languages in a Babbel Lifetime Subscription.
Additionally, the Germany-based platform provided has released a limited-time discount code which reduces the lifetime subscription by over £375. The Code LEARN40, available until 02 February, cuts the cost of the lifetime subscription to $129.99 (£104).
Babbel was designed using 150 language experts, and currently has 15 million subscribers globally. It has bite-sized lessons, between 10-15 minutes, to help users speak correctly and confidently in real-life. It reports that 92% of users improved their proficiency in two months.
Additionally, it provides a mix and match approach to activities with interactive lessons, podcasts, short stories, games and more. Babbel Live provides unlimited access to either private or group language classes taught in the app on a flexible schedule by over 500 certified instructors.
Facing competition from the likes of Duolingo, Babbel offers a number subscription options. For shorter-term learners, the app offers a range of monthly subscriptions, including one, three and six months. Consumers can also purchase a full year’s membership or the lifetime, all-access subscription.
