Heritage and lifestyle brand Barbour aims to improve its delivery and returns experience with the deployment of Metapack’s Delivery Manager, Delivery Options and Returns Portal solutions.
Through Delivery Manager Barbour will be able to access the world’s largest carrier library via a single integration and without the need for carrier onboarding processes. The system selects the right delivery service for each order, as well as generating carrier compliant labels and customs documents for all shipments.
Delivery Options will allow Barbour to extend services offered to customers, while the Returns Portal will help it automate its returns process to improve the customer experience as well as gain insight about returns before they arrive back at the warehouse.
