Bathrooms.com is using search and merchandising technology as it looks to improve the customer journey and boost online conversions.
The multichannel retailer is using esales technology from Apptus Technologies. The solution will be used to analyse buying behaviour in real time through both historic and current data sources in order to deliver optimized search, navigation and recommendations both for promotional content and products.
