BoohooMan has launched Brand Locker, a new marketplace offering a range of brands across categories including streetwear, activewear, footwear, accessories, nutrition and fitness equipment.
The marketplace already includes brands such as Tokyo Laundry, Threadbare, Urban Classics and Science in Sports. Ultimately, more than 500 brands are expected to join the marketplace range.
Cashing in on the trend for second-hand goods, which earlier this week was revealed to be due to capture £4.8 bn of consumer spending this year, Brand Locker also features a pre-loved category which will include authenticated luxury items.
Fellow BoohooMan brands, including Boohoo and Debenhams, have previously launched marketplaces of their own as they seek to widen their brand exposure.
A one-stop shop
The company’s CEO, Samir Kamani, said that the curated digital mix provides a one-stop shop for male consumers. “We’ve created a digital locker room where customers can access everything from the latest streetwear drops to sports nutrition, from skate brands to pre-loved luxury watches.
“It’s a one-stop destination built around the diverse lifestyles of our customers – whether they’re hitting the gym, the streets, or the club,” he was reported as saying.
Brand Locker is available via BoohooMan’s website.
