In today’s InternetRetailing newsletter, we report on retailers and brands as they build the foundations for future multichannel and ecommerce growth. Jimmy Choo is investing in omnichannel systems to underpin ecommerce for the future, while Naked Wines shows the results of that kind of investment in its as it hits £100m sales for the first time. Building the foundations for growth has also paid dividends at Argos, where Home Retail Group is considering the latest, £1.4bn, bid for the entire group from Sainsbury’s.
