What does your company do?

We provide a Merchandising platform called GrapheneHCTM. It is a revolutionary new SaaS platform designed to provide retailers with all the tools they need to merchandise their online stores effectively.


Our aim is to bring enterprise-grade merchandising to small and mid-tier retailers. We only work with the retail sector, so everything we do is focused on providing the very best merchandising solutions for them. 


What retailer problem do you solve?

To compete effectively online, retailers need strong product sequencing. Many retail sites experience high bounce rates, meaning that in practice a typical site visitor may only view the first two or three pages on a site and may therefore only see a small fraction of the available products on a site.

This means that the product selection the retailer makes for the first few pages is absolutely critical. Yet many sites will show exactly the same product sequence to every visitor, even though each visitor is unique.


What can retailers expect from GrapheneHC?

They can expect an Enterprise-grade merchandising platform containing many new and innovative features packaged within an easy to use, intuitive user interface.

GrapheneHC will do the heavy lifting, allowing retailers to automate the entire process, reducing the workload required to merchandise their site.

What is your USP?

We have designed GrapheneHC to significantly outperform many of the existing technologies in terms of speed, flexibility, functionality and price and to quickly become the gold standard for merchandising.

We know that speed is important to retailers as site speed can adversely affect Google rankings, conversion rates, and mobile performance. The site performance with GrapheneHC really is blisteringly fast, but without having to make any of the usual functionality compromises to get that level of performance. 

Another key USP is that GrapheneHC is extremely flexible, supporting many different approaches to merchandising. It enables retailers to merchandise down to an extremely granular level and provides a level of control not found in many other platforms.

In addition, the software is designed to work in a Headless Commerce environment. It’s been written using an API-first architecture, which makes it easy to integrate with other third party applications and eCommerce platforms.

Who are your customers?

We are mostly targeting the small to mid-tier retailer, who are probably running on the Magento, Shopify or Big Commerce platforms, or have an in-house developed platform. We believe that this section of the market is generally poorly served for merchandising technology.

We’ve had such fantastic feedback on our platform from the retailers and agencies we’ve been working with, that we are encouraged we have something special to offer in terms of merchandising.


What is your pricing model?

It’s a simple monthly service fee based on the size of the product catalog and estimated monthly page impressions. There are no long contracts or up-front set-up fees, so retailers can start using GrapheneHC immediately and at low risk.


When will the software be available?

GrapheneHC is being featured at the ShopTalk Meet-up event in the US on 20th October ( and will be available from then in the US, UK and Europe.
