Technology company Compuware has launched a free Mobile Application Monitoring Service, designed to let commercial app owners understand who is using them and how they are performing. The tool is designed to help refine user experience of apps and drive ROI understanding, the company says.
The service monitors mobile performance from the real user perspective, giving organizations the ability to analyze who is using their mobile applications; see performance by device and browser; know the impact of device characteristics such as signal strength, battery charge and memory; all with integrated crash detection and diagnostics.
