Ringing the changes in internet retailing

This is an archived article - we have removed images and other assets but have left the text unchanged for your reference

Spring has officially arrived and the clocks have changed. And change is also in the air in today’s Internet Retailing newsletter, where we report on Royal Mail’s changes to the way they charge to send parcels, and what that means for online retailers. We also report on eBay’s changes to Shopping.com, and on a study that finds retailers who are adopting the new gTLDs will have work to do to show online shoppers just why this change is important.

We also report on Ukash’s introduction of a cash withdrawal service, and what that could mean for merchants, as well as on Amazon’s purchase of Goodreads. Oh, and did you spot our April Fool?
