Clothing retailer Cotton Traders has launched an internet advertising strategy as it aims to boost its visibility online.
Since the mail order company was founded in 1987 it has grown turnover to more than £65m a year and its workforce to 1,000 staff. Now Cotton Traders is aiming to raise the profile of its online presence, using ChannelAdvisor to lead a pay-per-click advertising programme aimed at increasing its online visibility, boosting the number of visitors to its website, and the number of conversions.
Through the new partnership, Cotton Traders will have a ChannelAdvisor team managing its search performance, conversions and buyer behaviour, as well as making sure sales are correctly attributed.
Cotton Traders marketing information manager Nicola Travis said: “It is reassuring to know that an expert team will be constantly monitoring our account, optimising performance, managing profitability and identifying potential revenue-generating opportunities. We are looking forward to working with the team to develop a more complete ecommerce strategy.”
