Debenhams has launched its online store in Ireland, with a launch offer of free delivery until Sunday November 21.
The site, Debenhams.ie, offers a range of brands that are not available in all of Debenhams’ 11 stores in the country across categories including clothes, homewares and cosmetics. Brands available online include H! by Henry Holland, Butterfly by Matthew Williamson, Star by Julien Macdonald, Principles by Ben de Lisi and B by Ted Baker.
After the opening promotion, delivery will cost a flat-rate €5.
Chris Paton, Debenhams’ sales director for Ireland, said: “Thousands of products are now available to thousands of new customers throughout Ireland. We know Ireland is leading the way when it comes to dot com and our Republic of Ireland move further underlines our love of online.”
The launch is a further expansion of the online shopping channel for Debenhams, soon after it recently launched its interactive online television channel.
