Delays to Debenhams refunds

Debenhams, currently undergoing refinancing due to declining sales, has faced criticism as customers report refund delays of up to a month.

Numerous shoppers of Debenhams’ brands, including Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing, have taken to social media to express their frustration. With some waiting for refunds as long as four weeks after returning their purchases. 

One customer of Debenhams stated they were still awaiting a £160 refund for an order returned on 01 May.

Debenhams Group, told The Telegraph: “We’re aware that some customers haven’t received their refunds as quickly as usual and we’re working to resolve that.”
