From Amazon to House of Fraser: developing multichannel strategies that work

In today’s InternetRetailing newsletter, we’re looking at how retailers from Amazon to House of Fraser and Spreadshirt are combining multichannel and international strategies to strong effect.

For all three, international markets are a key to enabling growth, and go hand in hand with multichannel in order to bring shoppers the kind of convenience that they want to see. That’s borne out by figures from the latest BRC-Google online monitor that shows overseas shoppers taking an interest in British brands both from their desktops and via their smartphones.
