IRUK Top500 retailers have been sharing the results of their multichannel strategies this week, and in today’s InternetRetailing newsletter we report on what we’ve learned.

We’re reporting on how ecommerce is driving growth at House of Fraser, while at Debenhams a mobile-first strategy is seeing m-commerce sales reach almost 50% of online sales.

JD Sports said this week that multichannel investment meant it was well-placed to benefit from the current trend for athleisure, while Tesco said in its latest results that it was working towards a single online platform for its businesses.

In today’s IRX 2016 preview, we hear from Will Lockie of Evans Cycles on meeting customer demand through multichannel retail. Today’s guest comment comes from Markus Juhr-de Benedetti of Blue Yonder on how mobile and the internet are disrupting shopper habits.
