A new tool has been built to help businesses affected by the Coronavirus crisis understand the impact the pandemic has had on their website.
Developed by performance marketing agency, Journey Further, the automated report enables businesses with a Google Analytics account to quickly understand shifts in customer behaviour since the start of the outbreak.
Built using Google Data Studio, the report allows brands to quickly view a number of useful metrics, including number of website users, what devices customers are using, how long people are spending on site, age and gender of users, as well as changes in revenue and transactions.
