Instant grocery delivery company Gopuff has launched a new 24/7 service for customers in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Manchester and Swansea, following a surge in demand for late-night orders in these areas.
The extended delivery service has been introduced in tandem with the platform’s Aldi price match promise across these locations, with both launches aimed at providing more value and convenience to customers.
Previously, deliveries were from 08:00am – 02:00am in these cities, but now customers will be able to order at all hours of the day. The new 24/7 operation is designed to cater to both late-night cravings and early-morning needs, ideal for shift workers, busy parents, late night studies, and early risers looking to get a head start on the day.
This expansion follows the success of similar services launched in Newcastle and Liverpool earlier this year.
Gopuff stressed not only does it want to offer convenience to Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Manchester and Swansea residents, but also value, launching an Aldi Price Match initiative for a limited time.
Price matching over 50 products, customers will be able to purchase kitchen staples like pasta and rice to fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and dairy at Aldi prices, delivered to their door in minutes. The Aldi Price Match range includes groceries from Morrisons own products as well as other branded products like Pepsi, Wholegood, and Warburtons.
Earlier this month, rival rapid delivery firm Getir pulled out of the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and the US as it focuses solely on its Turkish operations.
