There’s so much going on at this year’s SubscriptionX event on May 14th, London, that we barely know where to start. So we’ll start at the beginning. This year’s opening session is a double delight bringing together Gousto and its very own software-as-a-service spin-off, Bento Tech, to talk about subscription strategies that deliver profitable growth.
SubscriptionX is free to attend for D-T-C brands and merchants, but spaces are limited, so if you haven’t already registered to attend, you can do so here.
Gousto holds the UK’s largest share of the meal kit market after HelloFresh. In recent years, meal box companies in the UK have been contracting following huge growth after they first launched. In 2024, Gousto announced that it is back in the black and moving away from its focus on retention and cost cutting, concentrating instead on growth, beginning with its expansion into Ireland.
Gousto’s Founder & CEO, Timo Boldt and Chief Product & Technology Officer, Shaun Pearce, will take to the stage with Daljit Bamford, Chief Customer Officer at Bento Tech to talk about the cultural mindset, engagement and optimisation strategies that fuel success for subscription businesses and have set Gousto back on the path to profitable growth.
