Hermes upgrades branding for parcel shop network

Hermes is investing over £1 million in adding new branding to its parcel shop network.
The courier will invest the unspecified seven-figure sum in new Hermes-branded exteriors offering clearer information about the parcel options available.

The branding will be installed at 200 ambassador and branded stores, featuring a front fascia, window decals and a projecting wall sign.

Kath Gill, head of ParcelShop at Hermes, said: “Our network of over ParcelShops are open early until late, 7 days a week and form part of our commitment to providing a range of convenient services to suit everyone’s needs.

“Across the stores involved in the project so far we have already seen an increased footfall as a result of the increased brand awareness as more consumers become aware of our services.”

Nadarajah Arumugathas, owner of one of the ambassador stores, located in Croydon said: “It’s great to see the new look which is much brighter and fresher. Providing customers with clear information about the parcel options in-store has made a difference here and I’m really happy with the results.”

Hermes has 4500 ParcelShops across the UK, with 80% open until 10PM seven days a week. The company claims 92% of people live within two miles of a store.
