Hotel Chocolat head of consumer marketing, Amy Harman, and Hobbycraft’s head of digital marketing, Bonnie Jackson, have been confirmed to speak at SubX World, a new one-day event for the D2C subscriptions industry.
The event, which takes place in London on 18 May 2023, will explore how subscriptions businesses have entered and influenced the digital D2C market and how retailers and media companies are introducing, adapting and growing subscriptions services.

Alongside the two marketing bosses, other speakers include Gousto’s head of growth Catherine David, chief commercial and financial officer of Freddie’s Flowers, Nick Anderdon, Pret-A-Manger’s global head of propositions Ed Ferguson and Charlotte Fairbairn, My Wardrobe HQ’s CCO/COO.
The new one-day-event will feature keynotes, case studies and panel discussions from leading subscriptions-based businesses, from a wide-range of sectors.
