Online retailer WAE+ is taking the flash sale concept offline by turning its warehouse into a pop-up shop.

During the course of the three-day event, shoppers will be able to buy discounted goods including consumer electronics, toys and computer components from its Birmingham premises. The flash sale will run between noon and 6pm from Wednesday until Friday.

The company says that as well as helping to it run down stock, the move will allow it to test physical retail for the duration of the sale.

Mevish Aslam, EMEA procurement manager at WAE+, said: “Many of our customers have asked whether we have a store, so we decided to provide the opportunity to see our range and benefit from significantly reduced prices. With next week’s flash sale, potentially the first of many, we will be entering the physical retail space and hope to see interest from both consumers and businesses.

“As our sale is only being held for three days, and stock is limited, customers who are keen to grab a bargain should visit 180 Newhall Street as early as possible to snap up their preferred items at these fantastic prices. With all items being sold on a first come, first served basis, once they are gone, they’re gone.”
