Members of IMRG’s ISIS programme can now monitor their customer service for free.
The 1,000-plus members of the ISIS (Internet Shopping Is Safe) programme can access eKomi’s independent customer service and satisfaction feedback software thanks to an agreement between eKomi and IMRG.
The eKomi solutions allows shoppers to verify the ranking of online retailers in the ISIS programme, basedo n independent feedback given by consumers. Consumers can also add their own feedback, meaning that every retailer’s accreditation is under constant review.
David Smith, managing director of IMRG said: “Using eKomi will allow us to monitor the service levels from retailers with the ISIS accreditation more closely and it will also benefit retailers on ISIS, by underlining the high levels of service and integrity they are achieving.
“It will also help to raise the profile of ISIS with the buying public by allowing them to have direct input into assessing which retailers meet ISIS standards and are allowed to maintain the accreditation.”
