How Jack & Jones keeps customers informed

Men’s denims specialist Jack & Jones was founded more than 30 years ago and now boasts being one of the largest menswear brands in Europe, with close to 1,000 shops around the continent.

The brand was founded in 1990 and today has become the largest brand in the family-owned Bestseller Group, based in Denmark, where it sits alongside Vero Moda, Only and Name It.

Shoppers can subscribe to the Jack & Jones newsletter on the website’s home page, earning a 10% discount on their first order by doing so.

From the landing page, shoppers can also select the language and market from which they would like to see the site and see payment options that include PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna and standard credit cards.

They can scan a QR code to download the Jack & Jones’ iOS app and click through to four social media sites – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
