Latest Europe Top1000 report to be launched at DeliveryX World next week

DeliveryX

A brand new report covering how Europe’s leading retailers handle supply chain disruption, the final mile and returns will be introduced at the inaugural DeliveryX World conference next Thursday [12 October 2023].

The DeliveryX Europe Top1000 report looks at how retailers across Europe, and the UK, are streamlining operations and logistics, while ensuring a positive delivery experience for their customers. Using RetailX analysis, the report also details how to minimise returns or adopt recommerce offerings.

With detailed charts, features and 20 case studies, this new 32-page ranking report will also rate how retailers across Europe are using data and innovative technologies.

Exclusive company profiles, harnessing RetailX research, include a look at what M&S acquiring its contract logistics provider Gist means for the UK giant. While Albert Heijn’s electric fleet transformation will be covered alongside Asda’s autonomous delivery trial.

Furthermore, the report will ask if Zalando’s virtual fitting rooms will help the German marketplace limit returns, or is it Zara’s repair service that is the strategy to replicate?

The report will be introduced at the one-day event, before Mattel’s opening keynote. Gladis Araujo, VP – global supply chain strategy for the toy brand will take delegates through the experiences of Barbie and Hot Wheels in the Metaverse. The presentation will put a spotlight on innovation, collaboration, and the future-ready strategies that are needed for brands to maintain competitiveness and resonate with consumers in the evolving landscape.

Araujo will be followed by a packed programme of fireside chats and panels including experts from Just Eat, Matches, Lego, Boden, and Asda. To see the full programme, and register now, click here. Pre-registered guests will receive a FREE copy of the DeliveryX Europe Top1000 2023 report.
