Lovehoney relaunches BeCheeky

Leading online adult retailer Lovehoney has relaunched a week after buying it out of liquidation, in a move that it says will give it access to a more ‘mainstream’ audience.

Lovehoney has bought the domain name, trademark and customer database of the BeCheeky website (pictured right), and will expand its range of lingerie, swimwear and costumes to include lines it currently sells.

Richard Longhurst, cofounder of Lovehoney, said: “We will continue to sell a lot of the brands that have proven popular on BeCheeky and will expand the offering.”

Last year the company invested a six-figure sum into independent lingerie and party plan company BlueBella and says this acquisition will widen its reach still further.
