Electronics retailer Maplin has chosen end-to-end logistics specialist iForce as its multichannel partner.
This means iForce will manage all of Maplin’s warehousing needs, and help with the roll-out of a new click-and-collect service.
Based at Maplin’s Rotherham facility, iForce will be used to manage nationwide online and in-store replenishment through iForce’s SMART warehouse management system, while increasing stock accuracy and capacity for further SKU ranges, thereby supporting Maplin’s focus on customer choice.
