Matchesfashion.com strikes new 90 minute delivery deal

Luxury fashion retailer Matchesfashion.com is to offer 90 minute and nominated one-hour delivery services to customers within the M25.
The company, which delivers to more than 170 countries, is launching the new service on Monday in partnership with On the dot. Customers in selected London postcodes can choose the delivery slots they want when shopping online or instore to get goods from more than 400 established and emerging designers served by the retailer.

Ulric Jermoe, CEO of Matchesfashion.com, said that the new fulfilment options would help embrace the fashion customers ‘want it now’ philosophy and fitted in with the company’s aim of putting technology at the heart of its business. “This is a revolutionary moment for luxury retail, bringing the industry into the ‘buy now, wear now’ era,” he said. “Customers will be able to order from their mobile phones at breakfast and have a new outfit ready to wear for their first meeting of the day. It will transform the customer experience.”

“As a luxury fashion brand Matchesfashion.com prides itself on being able to give customers the very best when it comes to products and service – and we don’t think fulfilment should be any different,” said Patrick Gallagher, CEO of On the dot.
