Online health specialist Weldricks Pharmacy has launched a new service that will allow customers next day collection of up to 15kg of medical supplies, toiletries and other products from one of Pass My Parcel’s 3,500 dedicated parcel shops.
Allan Green, head of ecommerce at Weldricks, said the new partnership followed feedback from the company’s customers. “Our customers told us very clearly that they wanted deliveries to be at times and locations that suited their busy lifestyles.
We have a well-established click and collect service at our 60+ local community Pharmacy network in South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. However, with well over 25% of our orders being placed from within the London area, Pass My Parcel offered us the opportunity to meet this demand with numerous collection points that allow our customers to collect their orders at a time that suits them.”
Jerrad Hampson, sales manager at Pass My Parcel, said the new service would allow the company to better compete with its peers. “By offering a click and collect service using Pass My Parcel, Weldricks is now in a strong position to compete with its high street rivals and we definitely expect the brand to start to see increases in customer satisfaction,” he said.
As well as Weldricks Pharmacy, Pass My Parcel provides collection and returns services for retailers such as Amazon, ASOS and French Connection.
