New returns solution launches in the UK

International returns management provider ShopRunBack is launching in the UK with Judith Giraud appointed as head of UK market.
The ShopRunBack solution provides a suite of tools and services – including warehousing, quality and quantity checks, relocalisation and last mile and bulk transport solutions – for retailers to manage their returns. These are integrated through an API and connectors to all major ecommerce platforms, claims the company.

“I am delighted to be able to represent a truly time to market solution,” said Giraud. “Returns management is a really hot topic in the UK at the moment, and retailers are increasingly looking for a truly global returns solution which brings added value to both the retailer and the customer,” she said.

“The launch of the UK market is a natural extension of our business development and coincides with the launch of new services and new international destinations which are particularly relevant for UK retailers,” said Eddy Richauvet, founder of ShopRunBack.

Retailers including Mango and Nokia already work with the company.
