Pampelone Clothing outsources its logistics after rapid growth

Women’s leisure and beachwear brand Pampelone Clothing, which was set up by former fashion publicist Holly Anna Scarsella, has outsourced its supply chain management to Walker Logistics. The move follows rapid online growth since the company was first founded two years ago.
Walker Logistics will receive in-bound stock from India, where the range is ethically made, as well as store lines at its multi-user facility close to Reading. Orders will then be picked, packed and dispatched for both online B2C orders and the company’s B2B UK stockists.

Online orders are gift wrapped and dispatched along with a personalised delivery note and – in some cases – a complimentary gift.

“We are very pleased to be working with Pampelone,” said William Walker, sales director of Walker Logistics. “We offer a very personalised service and customers that want a logistics partner that can provide a quality interface between them and their B2B and B2C clients are attracted to us and our methods of working,” he said.
