Parcelforce has redesigned its mobile app to make it more user-friendly and navigable.
The application will now offer new functionality including FAQs, links to Parcelforce social media channels and access to customer service teams.
It also offers a new feature allowing customers to redirect parcels to a Post Office branch if they are not at home. Other locations include deliver to neighbour and a nominated safe place.
The ‘My Parcel Live’ section in the app will now provide a delivery time and allow customers to track the order to the door.
Parcelforce has also redesigned the app to make it more intuitive and easy to navigate, with simpler instructions for registration.
A spokesperson from Parcelforce Worldwide said “We have redesigned our app to help our customers and recipients to easily select how, when and where their parcels are delivered to.
“We want to establish the app as the primary communication channel for recipients of our parcels.”
