Pepe Jeans and Hackett London deploy OMS to improve logistics operations across Europe

Global fashion group AWWG has implemented a new Order Management System (OMS) at two of their brands, Pepe Jeans and Hackett London, enabling Ship from Store and Click & Collect services as the brands work to speed up delivery.

AWWG has selected OneStock’s SaaS-based OMS as part of their wider omni-channel strategy. The British brands required a technology partner who could help improve business efficiency, whilst reducing delivery times for their customers.

Previously, Pepe Jeans and Hackett London fulfilled all European web orders from just one central warehouse located in Spain – a process which showed room for efficiencies in terms of delivery costs and lead times.

Central to the project was ensuring the optimisation of order fulfilment, with local stores in each country using OneStock’s Ship from Store solution to reduce costs and provide quicker delivery times.

At the same time, additional omni-channel solutions were also deployed such as Click & Collect, based on available stock in pick-up store and a number of new Returns options for customers. The partnership is part of AWWG’s commitment to continued digitalisation across the company processes and workflow.

“With Ship from Store rolled out to 70 stores across Europe, the two ecommerce sites can now display increased levels of stock across all stores, rather than just the stock located at the central warehouse. We’re currently working with the teams at both brands to extend Ship from Store to Germany, and to implement more omni-channel solutions including Order in Store as part of the brands’ evolving strategy.”
