Phase Eight has launched a website for its new plus size brand, Studio 8.
The women’s fashion brand aimed to put the customer experience at the heart of the new website, built around the plus-sized Studio 8 brand. Accordingly the site is optimised for shoppers viewing it from mobile, tablet and desktop.
The launch follows that of Phase Eight’s own website. The new Studio Eight site reflects that site, with an emphasis on navigation, merchandising as well as a range of currency options for overseas shoppers. Both were developed by BT Expedite.
Louise Salt, marketing and online trading director at Phase Eight, said: “With the introduction of Studio 8, it was very important to us that the website reflected our brand identity and engaged our customers in an effective way. We’ve worked closely with BT Expedite on the delivery of the site and are pleased with the mix of improved functionality, usability and design enhancements to offer the customer both an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience.”
As well as selling online, Studio 8 will sell through concessions in department stores including John Lewis, Debenhams and House of Fraser.
