Budget retailer Primark will extend its Click & Collect offering to all 186 UK stores in time for summer shopping.

From 26 February 2025, Click & Collect will go live in a further 18 stores, which takes the number of Primark stores offering Click & Collect to 131, almost three-quarters of its UK estate.

Customers can browse and order on the Primark website before picking up their items in store from two days later, at a time that suits them.

“We know that our customers love the convenience and greater access to ranges they can’t usually find in their local store, so we hope this will help make summer holiday shopping that little bit easier,” said Kari Rodgers, Primark UK retail director.

The retailer first introduced a collection service in 2022, it has since not only expanded the stores offering click and collect but the products available. In September 2024, the range available on the collection service increased to include menswear and homeware alongside women’s and kidswear.

This latest rollout also gives customers access to new and expanded ranges they might not otherwise be able to get in their local store. This includes Primark’s new affordable adaptive clothing range, which offers more than 40 stylish wardrobe staples for men and women. The range, which launched last month, has been specially designed around the needs of those living with a disability in partnership with adaptive designer and disability campaigner, Victoria Jenkins.
