Today’s InternetRetailing newsletter is ringing the changes in how shoppers buy. We hear from Demandware on a new study that suggests that tablets are falling from favour with shoppers who are moving overwhelmingly towards the convenience offered by smartphones. At the same time, Moss Bros reports that its ecommerce sales are up by 36%, with a significant proportion of its online sales now from mobile.

The other trend that we’re spotting today is a further move towards relevant shopping, with the launch of a new personalised fashion platform, Hot Drops. We also cover SimilarWeb research that maps where and in what categories PPC is most important.

We preview the International and Cross Border conference at IRX 2016, while guest comment author Liz Smith of Adestra analyses how retailers perform in email marketing, compared to other sectors.
