Robert Dyas has launched a new ecommerce platform as it scales to meet growing customer demand to shop online.

The multichannel homewares specialist has opted for a Magento Enterprise platform, in partnership with InventCommerce.

Kevin Ludford, founder and chief executive of InventCommerce, said: “The cycle of change in online retail today is accelerating faster than ever, thanks to ever improving technologies and strategies, making staying ahead of the competition increasingly challenging.

“Robert Dyas needed to create a flexible platform that maintained their high level of customer services and dynamic product set to give them the functionality they needed to keep up with the latest retail trends. We are proud to have been selected in the first place amongst all the other Magento partners and to say that we have built a trusted partnership with Robert Dyas that has allowed them to prioritise and meet all of their targets for continued growth. We looked forward to a continuing partnership with them.”

Greg Saunders, group ecommerce director for the Ryman businesses, which include Robert Dyas, said: “The recent project has been highly successful and we are pleased to call InventCommerce a trusted partner to Robert Dyas. Through the partnership we have received the reassurance that comes from working with an accredited Magento partner, and we will continue to draw on their extensive Magento knowledge and expertise as we enter into new and challenging projects.”
