Shop Direct launches re-branded Littlewoods Direct

Shop Direct Group has launched, the newly re-branded Littlewoods Direct. The new offering incorporates a printed directory, product ratings and reviews, celebrity and user-generated content, three ways to pay — including options to pay now, spread payments or pay over three months — and next day delivery.

The site also features weekly special offers and a VIP lounge that includes live chats with celebrities such as Holly Willoughby and Caprice.

Here at IR, we think Shop Direct has ticked all the right boxes with its launch of Very. The launch email campaign sets out the new proposition very clearly and we think its one that all online retailers should take a look at.
