Sustainable fashion brand Aqua & Rock opens flagship store in Covent Garden

Aqua & Rock: cutting a sustainable dash

Award-winning sustainable fashion brand Aqua & Rock has opened its first flagship store in London’s Covent Garden.

Founded by Dea Baker, an innovator who has invented new sustainable fabrics, transformed leather production and even crafted stone into the fabric, Aqua & Rock is making waves in the fashion industry for its uncompromising approach to sustainability.

From trainers with a cult following to covetable trench coats, Aqua & Rock fills a crucial gap in the modern woman’s wardrobe with its wearable designs crafted from luxurious fabrics.

The brand’s new store opened with a celebratory launch party, with Lara Fraser and Laura Pradelska DJing, held during London Fashion Week, and attended by some of the most influential names in fashion and sustainability.

The launch party marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the British brand. Alongside the store opening the brand has several recent awards under its belt, from powerful fashion names Drapers and Marie Claire, a collaboration with switched on sustainability ambassador Elle L and a special edition trainer already amassing press attention.

“Aqua and Rock are committed to leaving a legacy that protects future generations and as a creative, that’s exactly the type of brand I want to champion. We all have the potential to realise our purchase power and so there is no effort too small when it comes to turning our hopes into action. As an artist and environmentalist, it’s an honour to align with Dea and her team and celebrate the opening of Aqua and Rock’s flagship store”.
