Wayfair launches new flagship brand in Europe

Online furniture company Wayfair has introduced its first European flagship brand in the UK and Germany.

Hykkon offers a collection of 700 home products from dedicated stores on its two local websites.

With a focus on style, it aims to provide retro-inspired yet modern furniture at an affordable price.

It provides the same online merchandising experience and delivery options offered by Wayfair, including free delivery on a wide range of products.

Martin Reiter, Head of Europe at Wayfair, said: “We’re thrilled to launch our first flagship brand across Wayfair Europe, which gives our customers premium access to an in demand, modern assortment at an affordable price point.

“Curated, personal design does not have to be expensive or hard to find.

“The launch of a style focused brand like Hykkon is another step forward in our mission to deliver an unparalleled customer experience in shopping for home.”

Based in Boston in the US, Wayfair has offices in Berlin, London and Galway, with over 1700 employees in Europe. The company generated $8 billion in net revenue for the year ending 30 June 2019.
