Westfield is set to introduce Sojo’s repair and alteration service ‘Fix & Fit’ at both Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, from 25 June.
The B-Corp certified platform aims to transform the way people care for their clothes – this new offering introduces a modern, accessible solution for clothing repairs and alterations.
At Sojo Fix & Fit, customers can book tailoring, repair, or refitting services directly – either instore or online – making it quick and easy to give their pieces, whether new, vintage, or designer, the care they deserve.
By bringing their garments directly to Sojo’s workshop, they gain access to in-house tailors who handle everything from zip replacements and trouser hems to full alterations and bespoke customisations. The service is designed to extend the life of clothing and embed circular fashion into everyday shopping culture.
Josephine Philips, founder and CEO of Sojo, said: “We’re thrilled to be launching Sojo Fix & Fit stores at Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City. This is all about integrating a repair culture into the very heart of shopping. Clothes deserve to be loved, worn and re-worn, and we’re making it simpler than ever for people to embrace that.”
Shoppers at Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City can visit the Sojo: Fix & Fit workshop for a free consultation, where tailors are on hand to take care of all alterations. Finished items can be collected in person or delivered to their door.
For those who prefer to stay home, Sojo’s online service allows customers nationwide to book a collection, send their garments, and have them expertly tailored or repaired and returned to their home.
The launch of Sojo’s repair service at Westfield follows the centre’s How We Shop: From Play To Purpose report, which found 31% of UK women are actively seeking more opportunities to repair or refill products – a sign of shifting values away from fast fashion and towards long-lasting, conscious consumption.
In April, Sojo was a country finalist in eBay’s 2025 Circular Fashion Fund, securing $50,000 to expand its door-to-door repair service which keeps clothes in use longer.
