Returns expert ZigZag has teamed up with Vinted Go, adding the logistics arm of the fast‑growing resale platform to its carrier library as demand for out‑of‑home (OOH) returns continues to rise. The move aligns with Vinted deepening its presence in Europe as the wider recommerce market heats up, intensified by eBay’s recent acquisition of Depop.

Through this integration, ZigZag’s retail clients gain access to over 14,000 lockers and PUDO points in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. ZigZag states this will help retailers provide the convenient, cost-effective return options shoppers seek. During peak season, locker drop‑offs across ZigZag’s network increased by 35%.

“An ideal option for our retailers”

“Vinted Go is an ideal option for our retailers. As more and more retailers start charging for returns, consumers will expect more from the experience,” said Gavin Sarjeant, head of network development at ZigZag. “That means hassle‑free, local options that they can use on the way to the shops, work or school. By connecting retailers to Vinted Go’s extensive parcel locker and parcel shop network, we can offer more convenient return options that meet the expectations of modern consumers and help retailers operate more efficiently.”

For Vinted Go, which was originally established to support the company’s high‑volume C2C marketplace, this partnership marks further expansion into B2B logistics. The company has been steadily expanding its shipping and OOH (out‑of‑home) infrastructure across Europe, as well as increasing its physical footprint: in January 2026 it signed a 23,350 sqm lease near Paris to support European logistics growth.

“Integration has been seamless”

“We are delighted to partner with ZigZag to open up Vinted Go’s out‑of‑home network of parcel lockers and parcel shops to retailers using the ZigZag platform,” said Nerijus Mazėtis, director of product at Vinted Go. “We share a strong commitment to reducing the impact of logistics, and this partnership enables fast and cost‑efficient returns across our network. The ZigZag team has been great to work with, and the integration has been seamless.”

As shoppers increasingly favour locker and parcel‑shop returns, and retailers seek to balance convenience with cost, this partnership positions both companies to benefit from the growing demand for OOH solutions.
