There’s an interesting condundrum contained in today’s BRC-KPMG Retail Sales Monitor, which we report on in today’s Internet Retailing newsletter. In today’s newsletter we also report on Tesco’s launch of online shopping in Thailand, on Clarks’ account of how it used multivariate testing to boost conversion, and ebuyer.com’s adoption of a new social commerce solution that it says will help it to handle large volumes of reviews as it expands. We also report on a new study on innovation, and the role that online takes in discovering new products, and on Jewson’s move into 90 minute deliveries.
