Returns have been seen as a problem to be minimised and retailers are taking a number of approaches to reduce the amount of returns and increase profitability. Some of these include increasing the retained rate of ordered goods, improving returns handling to decrease loss and damage and speed the time-to-back-on-sale and improving return-to-store.

In this survey we look at whether it’s now advantageous, possible and profitable to ’upgrade’ the returns experience to match more closely the outbound experience, and we’d like to hear your thoughts.

We appreciate you providing your feedback on the matter in this short survey: there are 7 questions which should only take 2-3 minutes to complete in all. Upon completion, as a thank you for your participation, you’ll be entered into the draw to win a £250 Amazon vouchers. (Only valid entrants who complete all fields and questions will be entered into the draw).
